On the inside right front tail of the white jersey is the "Rawlings" manufacturer's size "42" tag. Attached to that is an additional manufacturer's tag with "SET 1 1979." Across the front of the jersey is the official "Cardinals on a bat" logo and "Cardinals" in script embroidered in red, blue, and yellow. On the back of the jersey and the right sleeve is the player number "37" in red on blue tackle twill. Across the back is "HERNANDEZ" in red on blue tackle twill directly sewn on the jersey. The jersey shows good game-use and there appear to be no alterations of any kind.
