On the inside front right tail is the Rawlings manufacturer’s tag size “46” with washing instructions. Attached is a flag tag reading “SET 1 1980”. Across the chest reads “Cardinals” beneath their team “Birds on a bat” logo done in red, navy blue and yellow embroidery. On the back and both sleeves is the player number “36”. Across the back reads the player name “KAAT” sewn directly into the jersey. All numbering and lettering is done in red on navy blue tackle twill. Minor staining is present on the front and back. Katt was traded from the Yankees to St. Louis during the '80 season and played the last four of his 25 MLB seasons in the shadow of the Gateway Arch. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and shows excellent use.
