Joe Torre was inducted into the baseball Hall of Fame in 2014. On the front middle tail is the Rawlings manufacturer’s tag size “44” with an attached flag tag reading “SET 1 1980”. Inside the collar is a strip tag reading “44/42 9 80 1” embroidered in blue. Across the chest reads “Mets”. Adjacent below and on the back is the player number “9”. Across the back on a grey nameplate is the player name “TORRE”. All numbering and lettering is done in blue on orange tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as manager worn and shows wear.
