On the front left tail is the Rawlings manufacturer’s tag size “42” with washing instructions. Attached below is a strip tag reading “3 87 42 2”. Across the chest reads “Astros” with the team star logo beneath and on the back is the player number “3”. These all are done in blue on white tackle twill. Across the back on an off white colored nameplate is the player name “GARNER” in blue tackle twill. Garner signed the front of the jersey in black marker and in our opinion rates an 8. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA.
