One of the most prolific scorers in NBA history, Dominique Wilkins has been a dazzling run-and-dunk artist since he played at the University of Georgia, where his awesome athleticism earned him the nickname "the Human Highlight Film." On the left front tail of the jersey is the year tag "88" and below is the "3"LB" tag denoting three extra inches in body length. Both these labels have been done in black Swiss embroidered stitch. Next to the year tag is the "Sand-Knit" exclusive label and below this is the "Sand-Knit" label and size "40." Across the front of the jersey is the name "Hawks" and on the back is the name "Wilkins." The letters are made of red tackle twill. The player number "21" appears on both the front and back of the jersey in gold on white tackle twill. On the upper right front is the "NBA" patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
