On the front tail of the jersey is the "CHAMPION" exclusive tag, which reads "Designed & Tailored 94/95 Exclusively for Phoenix Suns BODY LENGTH +3". Next to that tag is the "CHAMPION" size 52 manufacturer's wash tag. Across the front of the jersey is "SUNS" in white on orange tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "34" in white on orange tackle twill. Across the back is "BARKLEY" in white on orange tackle twill. On the upper right breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey is autographed on the back number in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
