On the front tail of the jersey is the "CHAMPION" exclusive tag, which reads "Designed & Tailored 94/95 Exclusively for Houston Rockets BODY LENGTH +3". Next to that tag is the "CHAMPION" size 48 manufacturer's wash tag. Across the front of the jersey is "ROCKETS" in red tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "34" red tackle twill. Across the back is "OLAJUWON" in red tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey is autographed on the front number in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
