This ring was presented to HOFer Calvin Murphy when the Houston Rockets won the 1994-1995 NBA Championship and is one of two known. Cast in 14K gold, on the top perimeter of this size 10-1/2 ring is "Rockets, 94 95 World Champions" in relief. On the inner side of the top perimeter are 24 inlaid diamond chips. On the top center are two basketballs and two basketball nets in relief, each net inlaid with four diamond chips. On the right shank are three engraved banners that read "Back 2 Back," beneath which is a red and blue enameled "NBA" logo set amid an American flag in relief. Beneath this is "Believe it Again!" in script lettering relief. On the left shank is the recipient name "Murphy" in relief, beneath this is a gold heart in relief with a red and gold "Houston Rockets" logo in the center. Beneath this is "TV" in relief, indicating that Murphy was a television commentator and analyst for the Rockets at the time, having retired from the Rockets as a player in 1983. Inside the ring is stamped "Intergold 14K." The ring shows light overall wear and grades NR-MT.
