On the left front tail is the "Champion" manufacturer's size "42" tag with wash instructions. Next to this is the "Designed & Tailored 1995 Exclusively for Buffalo Bills" tag. On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "12" in white on red screen print. Across the back of the jersey is the player name "KELLY" in white letters screened directly on the jersey. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL" logo patch. Above the player number on each sleeve is the "Champion" logo patch. The jersey has blue spandex sides and custom open sleeves. The jersey is autographed in on the front number in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey is also autographed on the back number in silver marker and rates an 8. The jersey light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
