The bottom of the jersey has been custom hemmed and shortened with no tags remaining. On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "78" in blue on red screen print. Across the back of the jersey is the player name "B.SMITH" in blue letters screened on a white name plate. On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "NFL" logo patch. Above the player number on each sleeve is the "Logo Athletic" logo patches. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey shows tremendous game use and besides being custom hemmed and shortened appears to have no alterations of any kind.
