On the front tail of the jersey is the "Puma" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that are three additional manufacturer's tags with the jersey size "42", "2"LB"and "1999-2000" on them. Below this is an additional blank white tag. Across the front of the jersey is "NEW YORK" in orange on blue tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "21" in orange on blue tackle twill. Across the back is "WARD" in blue tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey is autographed on the front number in blue marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
