On the back inside collar is a blank "CCM" "Made in Canada" collar tag. On the front is the large "Buffalo Sabres" logo patch embroidered in red, black, grey, silver and white. On the back and on both sleeves is the player number "18" in white on grey on red triple tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "GROSEK" in white on red tackle twill on a black name plate. On each sleeve above the number is the "SABRES" logo patch embroidered in red, white, black and silver. On the lower right back is the "CCM" logo embroidered in black and white. On the front right breast is the 1999 Stanley Cup Finals patch. There are hit marks on both sleeves and on the front and back bottom. On the inside back is the original fight strap. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a team letter. Also, accompanied by a LOA from Milt Byron.
