The bottom of the jersey has been custom hemmed and shortened with no tags remaining. On the inside back collar of the jersey is the manufacturer's tag with "04-46". On the front, back, and on each shoulder is the player number "87" in blue tackle twill. Across the back is "WAYNE" in blue tackle twill on a white name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" embroidered logo patch. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. Inside the back tail of the jersey "1-2-05" is written in black marker. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey shows game use and besides being custom hemmed and shortened appears to have no alterations of any kind.
