Boston's number one draft pick in 1996, Antoine Walker has continued to pay dividends for the Celtics in his sixth NBA season. This jersey was manufactured in the 1998-99 season and worn by Walker during the 2000-01 season. On the left front tail is the "Nike-Fit" label. Below this is the "NBA Authentics" label and adjacent is the "Nike" label with the size, "52." Next to this is the "Boston Celtics" label. Below the Nike label is the "Length +3" label. On the inside left front tail is the wash tag and under this is the year tag "1998-99." Across the front of the jersey is the name "Celtics" and on the back is the name "Walker." The player number "8" appears on both the front and back of the jersey. The letters and numbers are made of green tackle twill. On the upper left front is the "NBA" patch and above this is a black armband with the initials "DLA" commemorating the death of Dorothy Lewis Auerbach (Red Auerbach's wife). The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
