Mike Richter was drafted by the New York Rangers and quickly established himself as a reliable and talented goaltender, known for his quick reflexes, athleticism, and competitiveness. One of Richter's most memorable moments came during the 1993-1994 season when he backstopped the Rangers to their first Stanley Cup victory in 54 years. He played a pivotal role in the Rangers' playoff run, earning the Conn Smythe Trophy as the most valuable player of the playoffs. Richter spent his entire 14-year NHL career with the Rangers, becoming one of the most beloved and successful players in the franchise's history. He was a two-time NHL All-Star and won numerous awards and honors. Richter wore this pair of goalie pads during the 2000-01 season.
