Tom Brady will go down as arguably the greatest quarterback of all time. The future first ballot Hall of Famer has won six Super Bowls including four Super Bowl MVP’s, three regular season MVP’s and is one of the winningest quarterbacks in NFL history. A lightly regarded prospect coming out of college, Brady was drafted in the 6th round and entered his first Patriots camp in 2000 as a backup. Offered is what was likely Brady’s primary QB practice jersey from his first three seasons with the Patriots including when he became the starter. On the inside front left tail is a Reebok manufacturers tag size “2XL”. On the v-neck is a Reebok logo embroidered. The jersey was originally manufactured by Adidas. The Patriots switched to Reebok manufactured jerseys from Adidas in 2002. Both of the original Adidas tags have been covered up by Reebok and are still visible which dates this to Brady’s rookie era. The player number “12” is on both the front and back in white vinyl and a Patriots team logo is on both shoulders. A white shoelace runs around the bottom for tightening. The extensive amount of wear on this jersey shows multiple season use including sun fading to the material on the shoulders. An incredibly rare offering from one of football’s greatest of all time.
