On the front left tail of the jersey is the "RUSSELL ATHLETIC" manufacturer's tag with wash instructions and a flag tag attached reading "48 100% POLYESTER". Across the front of the jersey is "INDIANS". On the back is player number "24" and across the back of the jersey is "SIZEMORE" sewn on a white name plate. All lettering and numbering is done in red on silver on navy blue triple tackle twill. On the back of the collar is the official MLB logo patch. On the left sleeve is the "Indians" team logo patch. Below that is the Russell "R" embroidered logo. On the right sleeve is the "Jacobs Field 10th Anniversary" patch. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. An additional LOA from the Cleveland Indians Charities will be provided.
