On the front left tail is the "Nike" manufacturer's size "48" tag. Attached is an additional manufacturer's tag with "QB". On the bottom front collar is the embroidered official "SC" logo patch. On the left shoulder is the Nike swoosh logo. The player number "11" appears on the front, back, and sleeves in gold tackle twill. The jersey has cardinal red spandex sides and custom open sleeves. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
