The bottom of the jersey has been custom hemmed and shortened with no tags remaining. On the inside back collar of the jersey is a manufacturer's tag with "05-46" on it. On the front, back, and on each shoulder is the player number "21" in burgundy on gold on black triple tackle twill. Across the back is "GORE" in burgundy on black tackle twill on a white name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey shows tremendous game-use and besides being custom hemmed and shortened appears to have no alterations of any kind.
