On the front tail of the jersey is the "Adidas" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that are four additional manufacturer's tags with the jersey size "50", "LENGTH +4", "CLIMALITE" and "2006-2007" on them. Across the front of the jersey is "Wizards" in white on black tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "0" in white on black tackle twill. Across the back is "ARENAS" in white on black tackle twill. On the upper right breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
