On the front left tail of this jersey is the "REEBOK" manufacturer's wash tag. Attached to this are two additional flag tags with size "50" and "6"L.B." On the inside back collar of the jersey is the manufacturer's tag with "06-50" "S". On the front, back, and on each shoulder is the player number "5" in white on green on black triple tackle twill. Across the back is "McNABB" in white on black tackle twill on a green name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" embroidered logo. Below that is "EAGLES" embroidered. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo and below that is the Eagles logo patch. The jersey has green spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. The jersey shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
