On the front left tail is an “adidas CLIMACOOL” size “3XL” manufacturer’s tag. Attached is a “LENGTH “2”” flag tag. Adjacent is an NBA “BCE00305” swatch. On the left inseam is a size “3XL2” materials tag with washing instructions. Adjacent is a tag that reads, “07/10 P55124 AZB001”. On the inside below the rear collar is a size “3XL2” tag. On the left chest is an official “NBA” logo embroidered in red, white and blue. On the right chest is a “BOSTON STANDS AS ONE” circle patch. Across the chest reads, “CELTICS”. Across the back reads the player name, “GARNETT”. Above the player name is the Celtics clover logo. These are done in the same green tackle twill outlined in green stitching. The player number “5” appears on the front and on the back in green mesh with a green stitched border on white tackle twill. The Boston Celtics wore this "Boston Stands As One" patch on their uniforms for the 2013 NBA playoffs, honoring those affected by the tragic events at the Boston Marathon. Garnett played three home games during that stretch. This jersey does not appear to match any of the available images of KG during those games. It is likely that this jersey was worn prior to the playoffs and that the patch was added after it was first issued. That said, it is more than possible for Garnett to have worn more than one jersey per game, changing at the half into a fresh uniform. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. We were told by our consignor that this jersey originated directly from one of the Celtics ball boys.
