George Springer hit a 2-run home run in the 1st inning on June 30th, 2014 against the Seattle Mariners using this bat. This Chandler manufactured “GS4” model bat measures 34 inches and weighs 32.2 ounces. The maple bat with a black and white finish shows excellent use with a broken handle and an impression of a weighted batting donut. Several ball marks and impressions are visible throughout the barrel. There is a light coat of Mota Stick on the lower handle and Springer’s number “4” is affixed to the knob. Affixed to the front barrel and handle are two MLB holograms with serial numbers “EK887986” and “EK8877985”. The bat was also used on July 1st when it was broken and taken out of play. Accompanied by a PSA/DNA LOA and a Resolution Photomatching LOA.
