Cobb has signed, inscribed and dated the photo in black fountain pen "To Jim Armstrong, From Ty Cobb, 6/27/60" to legendary collector Jim Armstrong. Photo appears to be EXMT, strong signature and inscription grade an overall 9. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
