Roberto Clemente won four batting crowns and amassed 3,000 hits with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He earned National League MVP honors in 1966, but achieved his greatest fame in the 1971 World Series when he batted .414. Inside the cap is the "Leslie" manufacturers tag. Adjacent is "PRO KM CAP" and cap size "7-3/8", both stamped in black. Player number "21" is written under the brim in black marker. Adjacent is a clubhouse signature with inscription "To Chuck Best Wishes" done in blue ink. The cap shows very good game-use with extensive wear to the brim and inner dirt stains.
