Brian Leetch was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2009, his first year of eligibility. In 2017 Leetch was named one of the 100 Greatest NHL Players in history. This game-used helmet worn by Leetch features the original face shield and chin strap as well as the inside padding. The player number “2” is written inside the helmet on the left padding in black marker. The front of the helmet features a “CCM” decal and the sides have “NYR”. On the back are decals with the player number “2”, “NHL” and a ribbon. The helmet shows excellent use game-use throughout including scuffing and sweat staining.
