On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Medalist Sand-Knit San Diego Chargers" manufacturers tag. Above that is an additional "Medalist Sand-Knit" tag with the jersey size "46". On the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "46" screen printed in yellow on white. Across the back of the jersey is "MUNCIE" in yellow tackle twill on a blue name plate. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
