In the neck is the "Sand-Knit" manufacturer's size "46" tag. Below this an additional manufacturers tag "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Oakland Raiders." On the front, sleeves and on the back of the jersey is the player number "83" in silver tackle twill. Across the back of the jersey is "HENDRICKS" in silver vinyl lettering directly on the jersey. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. An additional LOA will be provided.
