Riddell manufactured helmet with the inside padding and chin strap intact except for the left ear pad which is missing. Numerous equipment manager notations are inside including the size “7 3/8”, additional numbers and a recertified label. On both sides of the shell is a Dolphins team logo decal and on the back are two decals reading the player numbers “4” and “7”. Handwritten on the inside right ear pad are details of Glenn Blackwood. The helmet shows outstanding wear with multiple hit marks and ink transfers throughout the shell. This helmet is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and shows wear.
