On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Medalist Sand-Knit Green Bay Packers" manufacturers tag. Above that is an additional "Medalist Sand-Knit" tag with the jersey size "48". On the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "10" screen printed in white. Across the back of the jersey is "STENERUD" in white screen print on a green name plate. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
