On the back is the player number "51" in white on red vinyl lettering. Below this is the player name "KING" in white vinyl lettering. In the collar of the jacket is the "Jerrys Sport Shop" distributors tag. Attached below is the "Powers Mfg. Co." size 36 flag tag. On the front left breast is the "Kansas City Kings" patch. On the back of the jacket is the city name "KANSAS CITY" in white screen print. The player who wore this jacket is unknown. Both items show wear and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
