On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Wilson Prestige Teams" manufacturer's wash tag with the jersey size "42" attached. On the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "58" in white on yellow screen print. Across the back of the jersey is "D. THOMAS" in white on yellow tackle twill on a red name plate. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
