Signed in black ink on the lower right by the artist LeRoy Neiman and on the lower left by HOFer Joe Namath, who added "#12". The Namath autograph is bold and grades a perfect 10, the Neiman autograph grades a 9 to 10. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
