First ballot Hall of Famer Roberto Clemente was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1973. The 15-time All-Star won two World Series championships and was a World Series MVP and regular season MVP. The four-time National League batting champion was a 12-time Gold Glove Award winner and his No. 21 is retired by the Pittsburgh Pirates franchise. Offered is the finest Clemente single-signed baseball we’ve had the pleasure of handling. Clemente signed on the sweet spot in blue ballpoint pen and in our opinion the signature rates a near 9. The ball is unmarked and reads “HAITI” on the verso of the signature. The ball is evenly toned with minor spotting on the South panel and partially on the sweet spot that slightly affects the signature, however the ball displays beautifully. Accompanied by a Full LOA from JSA.
