Riddell manufactured size “8” navy blue helmet with the inside padding, chin strap and face mask intact. The player number “66” is handwritten inside the left ear in period faded black marker. Handwritten on the inner ear pads are notations detailing Billy Shields. The front bumper reads “SAN DIEGO CHARGERS”. The player number “66” decals are on the back and a Chargers team logo decal is on both sides. Multiple hit marks and football related use are seen throughout the outside shell. This helmet is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and shows wear.
