The bottom of this jersey has been trimmed so no manufacturer's tags remain. On the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "85" in yellow vinyl. Across the back of the jersey is "JACK and "YOUNGBLOOD" in white vinyl on blue separate name plates. The jersey shows good game-use with team repairs and besides the custom trimmed tail appears to have no alterations of any kind.
