Lou Brock amassed 938 stolen bases in his 20 seasons with the Cubs and Cardinals, leading the league eight times with 118 in 1974. This shattered Maury Wills' record of 104. Upon being traded to the Cardinals in 1964, Brock batted .348 down the stretch, hitting .300 with a homer in the World Series to beat the Yankees. Breaking or tying several records in the 1967 Series against the Red Sox, Brock batted .414 with seven steals. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1985. We offer his 1979 Uniform Player's Contract with the Cardinals paying him $250,000, signed by him and then NL President Charles Feeney. Also included is the Special Covenant amendments document, which outlines deferred compensation, injury clauses, amendments to the standard contract and the like. The signature rates a near 10 and comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
