Featured is a framed photo, signed by five players who hit four home runs in one game. These players are Rocky Colavito, Willie Mays, Mike Schmidt, Bob Horner, and Mark Whiten. The photo is 11" x 14," in a 17" x 19-1/2" frame. On top of the picture, it says, "ONE GAME 4 HOME RUNS." The players are shown in order by their date. All five players signed with a blue Sharpie. All signatures rate a near 10. On the bottom right of the photo, is an MLB hologram. The signatures come with a letter from PSA/DNA, and a COA.
