The baseball card is from the 1959 Fleer set, card #16. The card's centering is perfect and it has four sharp corners. It is NR-MT or better. The baseball is in MT condition and has a signature on it with blue pen which says, "Ted Williams, .406 - 1941." The signature rates a near 10. The black and white photo is in a frame that is 15-1/4" x 18". The signature is in silver pen and rates a near 10. The signatures come with a letter from PSA/DNA.
