As a youngster his father was murdered and it is said that Cobb later pointed the finger at his mother. In his final years Cobb had time to reflect on his life and perhaps he felt lonely. He began construction of a rather large and expensive family mausoleum in the spring of 1960. Cobb had used the mausoleum as an attempt to reunite his family members in death, disinterring some of them to do so. The blueprints are seven pages in length and offer the complete external dimensions of the mausoleum. Every minute detail has been noted and drafted to Cobb's exacting standards. They are done on Architects parchement and measure 15 x 15". The blueprint comes with a letter from Cobb's family.
