Rafael continues to stay consistent as he nears his final season in the majors. This bat shows tremendous use with ball, hit, and blue transfer marks on most of the barrel. There are red and black rack marks on all sides of the barrel and handle. A moderate coat of pine tar has been applied to the handle and the bat weight has been marked on the knob end in green pen. There is slight checking on the back barrel. Palmeiro signed the right barrel with inscription "HR 444" done in black sharpie which rates a strong 9.
