Already a lock for the Hall of Fame, Piazza became the all-time home run hitting catcher on May 5, 2004. This bat shows excellent use with ball, hit, and blue transfer marks on the left and back barrel. Piazza's cleat marks are on the right barrel. A moderate coat of pine tar has been applied to the handle and the player number "31" is written on the knob and barrel end in black marker. The handle is cracked 7" from the handle and has a small piece missing.
