This beautiful 1980 Yankee Road jersey was game-used by Jim Kaat. On the front left tail of the jersey is the "Wilson" manufacturer's tag with wash instructions and jersey size "48" on it. Across the front is "NEW YORK" done in navy blue on white tackle twill. Inside the back of the collar is a tag reading "Kaat 80 2" indicating player name, year, and set. On the back of the jersey is the player number "36" done in navy blue on white tackle twill. The armband is missing from the jersey. The jersey shows game-use, and except for the above mentioned change it appears to have no alterations of any kind.
