When Tom Seaver was eligible to enter the Hall Of Fame there wasn't a shadow of a doubt as to whether he'd get in on his first attempt. This 18" x 22" frame contains original artwork by Bill Gallo. The artwork is poking fun at whether or not Tom Seaver was going to be elected into the Hall of Fame. Famous sportswriter Jack Lang who was in charge of guarding the list of names to be elected into the Hall is also included in the comic. The artwork has been signed by Gallo and Seaver. The Gallo signature rates a strong 8 and the Seaver rates a close to perfect 10. Both signatures are done in blue ink and come with a letter from PSA/DNA.
