This lot features a Theodore Roosevelt triple signed check. This check was signed on June 12, 1917, and was for $100. On the top of the check, it says, "Astor Trust Company." The word "PAID" is punched out of the check, and a code is also punched out. Roosevelt signed the check in three places: where it says, "Pay To the Order Of," "Safe Deposit Vaults," and on the back of the check. Everything on the check is in black pen. The check is in NM condition. All three signatures rate a 9 and come with a letter from PSA/DNA.
