Almost as recognizable as the Coca-Cola brand itself are the vending machines that dispense the world famous beverage. The Vendo Company was founded in 1937 to manufacture a new and innovative mechanism for vending bottled soft drinks. Today they are one of the largest vending machine manufacturers in the world, and their early machines are much sought after by collectors. This is the classic Vendo 39 which was produced from 1949 through the mid-1950s in the all red version. The 39 measures 58" high x 27" wide x 16" deep and vends 39 8-oz bottles. The red exterior features white hand-lettered embossing and chrome hardware. This vintage machine has been fully restored to mint condition and is in perfect working order.
