Rare OAL blue and red stitched Barnard baseball signed in blue fountain pen by 25 members of the 1930 New York Yankees, a team filled with HOFers. Highlighted by the great Babe Ruth on the sweet spot and Lou Gehrig on the side panel, signatures include Benny Bengough, Lefty Gomez (signed "Vernon Gomez"), Ownie Carroll, manager Bob Shawkey, Herb Pennock, Tony Lazzeri, Bill Dickey, Yats Wuestling (signed "Geo. Wuestling), Ben Chapman, Bill Werber, Bubble Hargrave and Earle Combs (sweet spot), Lyn Lary, Hank Johnson, Dusty Cooke and several others. The ball is toned and cream colored with some soiling, the signatures average a grade of 7 with the Ruth grading an 8. The baseball came from the Robert Shaw collection in 1992. Accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
