This Rawlings Official 1996 World Series baseball was game used in the '96 Series (Yankees beat the Braves in six games) and has been signed in blue ballpoint on the sweet spot by great relief pitcher John Wetteland, who added the inscription "Titus 3:3-8." Wetteland pitched in Game 1 and 3-6, for which he recorded four saves. The ball shows good rubbing and wear, the signature and inscription grade an 8. Accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA and a letter from 32-year Major League Umpire Dave Phillips attesting to the provenance of the ball and signature.
