On the front left tail of the jersey is the "Russell" manufacturers tag with wash instructions and the jersey size "46" on it. Attached to that is an additional manufacturers tag. Across the front of the jersey is "PADRES" in black on white shadow-edged orange tackle twill. Across the back is "LEYRITZ" in black tackle twill. Below that is the player number "13" in black on white on orange tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the official "San Diego Padres Baseball Club" embroidered logo patch. On the right sleeve is the official "1998 World Series" embroidered logo patch. Below that is the "Russell" embroidered logo. There is "1998 Game 4 World Series Game Used" and an autograph in black marker rating a strong 8 on the front of the jersey below the team name. The jersey shows excellent game use with several stains on the front and back tails and on the shoulders. There appears to be no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA and a Steiner Certificate.
