ALFONSO SORIANO quickly established himself as an anchor in the middle of the infield for New York. In six seasons, the second baseman has combined power with speed, hitting 126 homers and stealing 139 bases. Soriano just missed joining the exclusive 40-40 club in 2002 when he hit 39 home runs and stole 41 bases, in addition to hitting .300 with 102 RBIs. Soriano was named to the All Star team three times. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Russell" manufacturers tag with wash instructions and the jersey size "48" on it. Below that is an additional manufacturers tag with "2000" on it. Attached to that are two additional manufacturers tags with "2" EXTRA LENGTH" and "100% POLYESTER" on them. On the left breast is the "NY" logo in blue tackle twill. On the back of the jersey is the player number "33" in blue tackle twill. On the outside back collar is the official "MLB" embroidered logo. On the left sleeve is a black armband. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a Yankees Steiner letter.
